If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed moving document required by law, the signed moving document and applicable law will control. Nothing on this page creates a moving contract or an obligation to perform a move.

2. Use of This Page

You may use this page only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the page, interfere with its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or use the page in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. Quote Requests and Submitted Information

If information is inaccurate, incomplete, changed, or omitted, the price, schedule, service availability, and terms discussed with you may change. Submitting a quote request does not reserve a move date, crew, or truck space.

5. Quotes and Estimates

Any quote or estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time it is prepared. An estimate is not a guarantee of final charges unless it is expressly identified in writing as a binding estimate and signed or accepted in the required manner. Estimate types, pricing, valuation, payment, cancellation, claims, and delivery terms are governed exclusively by your written moving documents and applicable law, not by this page.

6. Communications

By submitting a quote request, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone or email using the information you provide, as permitted by applicable law. Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained separately; providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. See our Privacy Policy for details on how information is handled.

7. Availability of Services

Services, service areas, schedules, and availability may change and are not guaranteed. We may decline or discontinue a quote request or service where we are unable to perform the requested move, where information is incomplete or inaccurate, or where required by law or company policy.

Interstate household goods moves are subject to federal household goods regulations and the terms of your written moving documents. Any dispute relating to an actual move is governed by those documents, applicable tariffs, and applicable federal and state law.
